Day 1 was Sunday, I had practice, so I cheated a bit because I was worried about going to practice under fueled. Otherwise I pretty much tried to stick to it.
Date 2, Monday, I was a little bit more prepared so the day wasn't so bad. But I did spend most of the day feeling hungry. Once I got to dinnertime though I felt much better.
Day 3, I was even more prepared and felt much better. I haven't been having any gluten. I think that is a big contributor to why my rosacea has been so bad. I've been reading a lot of articles about the relationship between rosacea and gluten. For dinner I made the Mexican tuna with red peppers and avocados. I paired it with prosciutto wrapped asparagus. It was a difficult dinner to make but it tasted very good.
So today is the fourth day of my diet I can already tell a difference, I'm feeling pretty good today. Hopefully I'm as prepared for today as I was for yesterday and it will be another good day. ;)
